1 Who we are
Authenticator 2FA Codes is developed and operated by Denoli s.r.o. The app may be published and distributed under the publisher name 4 Heads Apps. In these terms, we, us, and our refer to Denoli s.r.o. You and your refer to the user of the app.
2 What the app does
The app helps you generate time based one time passwords and manage two factor authentication accounts. The app may support scanning QR codes, manual entry, importing, exporting, and backup features depending on the version you use.
3 Important security note
Two factor authentication codes help protect access to your accounts, but they are not a guarantee of security. You are responsible for keeping your device, backups, export files, recovery keys, and any app lock credentials safe. If you lose access to your device or backups, you may lose access to your tokens. Denoli s.r.o. and 4 Heads Apps cannot recover tokens for you if you do not have a backup.
4 Eligibility
You must follow all applicable laws and the rules of the app store where you downloaded the app. If local law requires you to be a certain age to use digital services, you must meet that requirement.
5 License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the app for your own lawful purposes. You agree not to do any of the following.
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the app except where permitted by law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Interfere with the app, abuse it, or use it to violate any law or third party rights
- Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or related systems
6 Purchases subscriptions trials
Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Pricing and available plans are shown inside the app and may vary by region and platform. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider, not by us.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least twenty four hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your platform account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable.
Refund requests are handled by the platform provider under its refund rules.
7 Data storage and backups
Tokens are primarily stored on your device. Depending on your settings and the platform, your tokens may be included in device backups. Export files and backup features, if enabled, may store encrypted or unencrypted data depending on how you configure them. You are responsible for choosing a safe backup method.
If you enable backup or export, you understand that anyone with access to that backup or export may be able to obtain your tokens.
8 Privacy

9 Third party services
The app may integrate with third party services such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, or payment systems. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party services that you choose to use.
10 Intellectual property
The app and all related content are owned by Denoli s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The publisher name 4 Heads Apps is used for distribution and storefront listing purposes. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
11 Updates and changes to the app
We may update the app, change features, or stop offering the app at any time. We may also fix bugs or add security improvements. Some updates may be required for the app to continue working.
12 Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your use of the app if you violate these terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.
13 Disclaimers
The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.
14 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
15 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denoli s.r.o. and 4 Heads Apps from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms.
16 App store terms
If you downloaded the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable platform terms. In case of conflict between platform rules and these terms, platform rules may apply to platform specific requirements such as billing and refunds.
17 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice inside the app or on our website. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

19 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict of law rules. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction give you additional rights, those rights remain.
Note: If you are using the app via an app store, the store may process certain information related to downloads, payments, and refunds under its own terms and policies.
